By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy and Cookie policy. If you disagree, do not use Letsallbuy. We may refuse service or close accounts that breach these terms.

You must be able to enter a binding contract in the UK (typically aged 18 or over). You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Letsallbuy offers listing, bidding, messaging, and related tools. We are not the seller or buyer in your transactions and do not hold purchase funds unless we introduce integrated payments in future. Contracts for items are between users; you arrange payment and delivery (or collection) using the information and tools on the site.

You must have the right to sell listed items and to use any images or text you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You must not list illegal, unsafe, or infringing items; we may remove listings and take account action.

Bids are offers to buy subject to the listing rules and any reserve. Platform fees (if any) are shown before you commit. Anti-snipe rules may extend the auction end time — see on-site help for the current behaviour.

You must not commit fraud, harass others, manipulate bids, circumvent fees, or use the site in breach of law. We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement and regulators.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by users — subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Your solicitor should tailor this section.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules apply where you live. For dispute handling between buyers and sellers, see Disputes, fees & buyer protection.

We may change these terms. Where required, we will give notice (for example by email or a banner). Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance; where the law requires explicit consent, we will obtain it.
